Welcome to HollaBoo

These terms are the agreement between you and HollaBoo, a brand operated by The Roboti Group and managed by Nexum Automations, covering your use of hollaboo.com and everything you buy or create here. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the tab, though we will miss you.

What we sell

HollaBoo sells graphic t-shirts in two flavors: catalog designs created by us, and custom tees you design yourself using our tools (Slogan Studio, Meeting Receipt, and emoji builders). Every product is printed on demand, which means nothing exists until you order it. Your shirt is made for you, specifically, after you click buy.

Using the site

You may use hollaboo.com to browse, shop, design shirts, and join the HollaBoo Club. You may not use it to do any of the following:

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest our content, designs, or data at scale.
• Interfere with the site's operation, probe its security, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Impersonate HollaBoo, our team, or another customer.
• Create accounts or place orders with false information.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example when we suspect fraud, when a listing contained a pricing error, or when a custom design violates our content rules. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Because production starts quickly, order changes and cancellations are only possible before your order enters production. Email hello@hollaboo.com as soon as possible and we will do our best. Full details are in our Refund & Returns policy.

Custom tees and your content

When you design a custom tee, you keep ownership of the text and creative choices you contribute. You grant HollaBoo a license to use that content for one purpose: producing, shipping, reprinting, and supporting your order.

By submitting a custom design, you declare that you have the rights to the text you use. Do not put someone else's trademark, lyrics, or copyrighted material on a shirt unless you genuinely have permission. If a rights holder comes after anyone over your design, that responsibility is yours.

Some content is banned outright. We filter custom text automatically and review flagged designs, and we refuse to print hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that is discriminatory or unlawful. If we reject a design after you paid, you get a full refund and, we hope, a moment of reflection.

Our intellectual property

All HollaBoo catalog designs, characters, artwork, slogans, product photography, site design, and brand assets are the intellectual property of The Roboti Group. Buying a shirt gives you a shirt. It does not give you a license to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the design itself, print it on other products, or upload it to other print-on-demand platforms.

You are welcome to share links, post photos of yourself wearing HollaBoo, and tag us relentlessly. That part we love. Reselling our jokes as your own is where the lawyers come in.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment happens through Shopify's checkout, including Shop Pay and major cards. Prices can change at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to a typo or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.

HollaBoo Club and Boo Bucks

The HollaBoo Club is our free membership program. New members receive 100 Boo Bucks on signup. Boo Bucks are a promotional rewards currency: they have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for money, and are not a financial instrument, no matter how rich your balance makes you feel.

Redemption options (such as discounts or perks) will be published on the site as they launch. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Boo Bucks program, adjust earn rates, or expire balances with reasonable notice. We will not do this to be jerks, only if the program needs to change.

Shipping, returns, and defects

Shipping timelines, costs, and the free shipping threshold are described in our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds, including the special rules for custom printed products, are described in our Refund & Returns policy. Both are part of these terms.

Third-party services

Checkout and payments are provided by Shopify, and production and delivery are handled through Printify's network of print providers. Links from our site to third-party services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep product images, colors, and descriptions accurate, but screens vary and printed colors can differ slightly from what your monitor shows. That variance is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollaBoo, The Roboti Group, and Nexum Automations are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

If your custom design content infringes someone else's rights or violates these terms and that creates a claim against us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HollaBoo and The Roboti Group from the resulting losses, including reasonable legal fees. Translation: if your shirt text starts a lawsuit, it is your lawsuit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, where The Roboti Group is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana. We would honestly rather resolve it over email, so try hello@hollaboo.com first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. For significant changes we will notify HollaBoo Club members by email.
